Chaedrol Fund
The Chaedrol Fund is the charitable-giving arm of Chaedrol LLC, a federal acquisition consultancy, making targeted investments in our community through giving to 501(c)(3) organizations. We endeavor to help those in the communities we operate across three broad areas:
- Basic needs, including shelter and feeding programs
- Mental health, including substance abuse
- The Arts, particularly organizations that feature the work of underrepresented artist
Annually, the Chaedrol Fund provides grants of between $1,000 and $5,000. New partners are eligible to receive a grant of $1,000 and will automatically receive at least $1,000 next year so long as they submit a grant report.
Applications
Applicants may apply using the WRAG or with a letter stating the need addressed, the purpose of the grant, how success will be measured, who will oversee the grant, and the organization’s experience with similar grants in the past. Please also include two years’ financial statements, which need not be audited. Please address all applications to:

Reports
A simple report explaining how grant funds were expended, including any remaining, and summarizing grant outcomes is required by 1 November of the following year.
Key dates
Grant applications are due the first of February for award by the first of May. Reports are due six months after funds are received.
